Thanks to Matthew Chadinha, we chose an upgrade to our room (which he found at a discount) that included a balcony at a VERY reasonable price and this lodging made all the difference to our vacation experience. This was our first time on a cruise and we absolutely loved it, thanks to Matthew’s advice. We’re currently booking another cruise on a bigger ship with his help because we trust he’ll get us the amenities that we want and will make suggestions that we reasonably would consider.
